Above the Sea

Original painting, one of a kind
A girl with dark hair tied back, in light ochre, stands with her back to us at a railing above the sea, under heavy blue clouds; sea and sky run together and everything drowns in blue.
Concise seascape. Concise in color: there are only three (blue, light ochre, and dark gray). Concise in composition: a fence grid and a female figure by the fence. This conciseness is not accidental, everything in the painting is subordinate to the color blue, it's the dominant color, the color of the sea and sky floods the entire surface of the painting, everything drowns in this blueness.
