Original painting, one of a kind
An old Italian church with a red roof and a bell tower rises above dark trees and warm ochre bushes, under a restless sky of grey, pink and blue strokes.
This old church landscape is my attempt to translate the architecture and surrounding nature into a dynamic composition. The warm tones of the building contrast with grays, greens, and blues that suggest atmospheric movement and the vitality of the territory. Touches of pink and red in the sky introduce a sense of luminous transition, evoking a moment of suspended quietness.
The result is a contemporary landscape, intense and abstract, yet maintaining a strong connection to its real origin.
